Why should you consider doing a QFA Analysis?

facebook-in-form

Leave a testimonial to help others

I wanted to address and point out  why  as a Practitioner, I like to utilize a QFA Analysis with my clients, it is NOT medical diagnosis, but we look for the subtle imbalances that begin the trickle effect within our body that can later lead to being sick.

It makes good preventative sense and guess what…. your body fluids don’t lie…. Dr. Claude Bernard’s theory claimed that illness and disease are caused primarily by imbalances in the body’s interstitial fluid environment. This theory later developed into the science known as Biological Terrain. A healthy cell living in an unhealthy environment will fail to thrive.

A certain amount of stress is necessary for life. Chronic stress can create disturbances within the cellular environment. The Biological Terrain may reflect this state of imbalance. In today’s stress-filled world, however, excessive levels of stress are creating excessive work for the body’s cells and its Biological Terrain. Chronic stresses, day after day can, in fact, prove to be very harmful to the body. Juggling work, home and family responsibilities, worries over insurance and mortgage payments, sitting for hours in rush-hour traffic, too much or not enough exercise, too little sleep and poor diets are making it more and more challenging for the body and its cells to maintain homeostasis.

In addition, continued exposure to poisons and toxins in the air, water and environment are creating additional internal biochemical stress. As a result, deficiencies and excesses are being created that are severely affecting the integrity of the Biological Terrain within the body. This, in turn, may be contributing to the development of degenerative ailments and premature aging.

A compromised terrain is less equipped to support the health of the trillions of cells that rely upon it for nourishment and support. The body can store toxins and chemical insults/overloads. Like an onion, these toxins and insults can be peeled away to reveal underlying patterns and imbalances. The monitoring of the pH, redox and resistivity of the biological fluids may reveal the effects that these factors are having upon the underlying chemistry of the cells.

A QFA 300 does not diagnose illness or disease. It is not a treatment device. This computerized device assesses, urine and saliva. It was designed to monitor subtle and specific parameters of the Biological Terrain environment.

Quantitative Fluid Analysis, involves the monitoring of your saliva and urine for pH, redox and resistivity. These parameters may provide valuable information about your body’s cells and the interstitial environment called the Biological Terrain that nourishes those cells.

Following a 12-hour fast, first morning urine and saliva specimens are obtained. The QFA 300™ device then assesses these fluids. Results are obtained within minutes, offering you valuable information. This data may increase your understanding of your specific biochemical requirements. This information then us helps to choose a diet and nutritional program that best suits your particular needs. Fast for 10-12 hours prior to your QFA™. Complete your dinner the evening prior to the QFA™ no later than 8:00-9:00 PM. Avoid scheduling your QFA within 24 hours of airplane travel. Women: Also avoid scheduling your QFA™ during your menstrual period. A QFA™ performed during this period would show elevated pH results.

After dinner, brush your teeth and refrain from eating or drinking anything until after your QFA. This includes chewing gum, throat lozenges and candy. Take any prescribed medications as directed with only a small amount of water. Discontinue supplements 48 hours prior to your QFA™. Refrain from using any toothpaste, mouthwashes or mouth rinses both at bedtime and the morning of your QFA. Also avoid the use of any lipstick or makeup around your mouth and lips. Such substances can change the chemistry of the mouth and your saliva Your QFA analysis measures the values of pH, redox and resistivity.

These measurements may offer valuable information about the electrons, minerals, hydration and nutrients in your Biological Terrain environment. Because your biochemistry is unique, these values may help your clinician design the nutritional program that is best suited for your particular needs.

A QFA does not diagnose an illness or disease; it monitors specific parameters of your Biological Terrain.

  • Your pH measurement will indicate the acidity or alkalinity of your biological fluids. Specific pH levels are necessary for optimum digestion and absorption of foods, activation of enzymes and binding of hormones with their receptor sites.
  • Your redox measurement may provide data regarding the level of electrons in your fluids. Electrons are essential for life. Long-term exposure to such factors as chronic stress, poor diets, environmental toxins, chemicals and damaging organisms such as viruses, bacteria and fungi may interfere with the cells’ abilities to produce the substances needed for electron and ATP production. This means ENERGY, yet many pull themselves thru their day, their energy levels are low, they deal with fatigue everyday or fake their system thru the process by incorporating energy drinks, caffeine, that only covers the symptoms it doesn’t address the real cause.
  • Your resistivity results involve the measurement of minerals in your fluids. Minerals are needed for many critical actions and reactions in the body, as well as for building and maintaining bone and muscle tissue. When fluids become congested with too many minerals, stagnation and congestion may occur which may limit the cells’ abilities to function optimally. Too few minerals in the fluids may limit the body’s ability to maintain its bone and muscle function. Many people have actually gotten used to muscle cramps, joint pains and accept it is a normal process of everyday function, or I hear this a lot… (well I’m not a spring chicken anymore)…So many are totally mineral depleted, or what I refer to as “lack of available minerals”, doesn’t mean the minerals are there it means there are reasons your body is choosing NOT to metabolize them.
  • If you are interested in seeing where YOUR levels are and what foods and lifestyle changes you could invoke towards feeling better and having more pep in your step.  For many it will be a PROCESS, not an over night success.  then please go to http://mkt.com/harvested-health-llc and pre-pay for a 1 hr. consultand the QFA analysis package and we can get your vehicle (body) blazing new trails.  * please note I can do phone consults but QFA Analysis needs to be done in office*

What’s a digestive system supposed to do?

muscles

What’s a digestive system supposed to do?

Well, for your food to actually be processed and absorbed by the body, and for that to be a success that is only going to take place via. Enzyme assistance. These digestive enzymes expedite the digesting of the food (means it makes it happen faster). Now, God knew all this when he created this amazing body of our’s, it is His design. (no big bang theory here)….

Yet what was never supposed to be in the mix was the wonderful add-on of “shelf stable foods”. Those wonderful convenient foods that in order to make them last longer contain additives/preservatives that render the enzymes in the food useless so the food doesn’t spoil.
So the canned, boxed, refined, heat treated, pasteurized, radiated, micro-waved packaged, processed foods ( I hear Twinkies have mastered time travel, you can bury one in the package and dig it up a century later and actually eat it, should look, smell and taste the same, how’s, that for progress) actually start to do damage to the production of your natural enzymes within.

Many people’s natural production of these enzymes are quite low which can be supplemented, and once you have traded the fake foods for the real deal, then your body can go about fixing and healing what was malfunctioning. But in the mean time understand you may need to offer some assistance in this area with regards to some HCL and pepsin (click product link) (PDA Combination) which is a supplement that has Hydrochloric acid & pepsin to offer some added assistance for ya. Great stuff. If your HCL production has been “low”, your natural enzyme production will be as well so incorporating some food enzymes (click on product link) in conjunction with the HCL can offer wonderful digestive assistance.

There is more going on than you think with regards to enzymes within the body.
The enzymes our body produces serve another purpose too, they are needed to actually detox the elimination process. They can turn a food element that is fat soluble and the waste into water soluble for easier elimination. So when we have less and less enzymes available in the body to be used, we get a overload of stuff that should not be there. Allergens, pollution, heavy metals, and normal toxins that occur from inner function and use all need the help of enzymes to assist with taking out the trash and processing what goes on in the factory. They participate as well, with maintaining the proper pH ratio within our digestive track, which really is huge when it comes to keeping inflammation in check.

When you were born and as your digestive system began to mature, there was a production factory taking place in the small intestines, and the colon, so you see it isn’t just an elimination factory it is also a production factory as well, so you may be asking what gets manufactured there? Probiotics, these probiotics are really close to enzymes but our system needs friendly fighters to help process our food and to absorb it too.
If your body is producing enough of its own probiotics these are the “good guys” which on average a healthy count of 1000 trillion or so is what should be there. They set up their camp in the intestinal tube both small and large. On a good day, they actually account for about 10% of one’s total body weight. Pretty good huh!!!! Most people have heard of Acidophilis,     and Bifidophilus,  ( click product links)   bifodthough there are others, I’m not going to hit you with more information overload here. Yet what really is the big deal about all these probiotics anyway?

Well, they obviously have their part to play which would be:
• Boosting your immune system
• Forming B-vitamins (which most people are depleted in)
• Production of additional enzymes
• Production of defense aspects to do battle
• Reduces liver stress (this is a good one)
• Prevents clogged pipes… constipation
Yet many over the course of their lives have taken an “anti-biotic” which can really do a number and wipe out much of that beneficial probiotics army that really needs to be in place within. So truth be told, you really should make this a priority to supplement into your daily routine for continued health. You can go to www.harvestedhealth.mynsp.com and look up Acidophilus (90 count caps), or Bifidophilus Flora Force(great for yeast overgrowth issues) (90 count caps), or probiotics Eleven (90 count caps).
All of these are great to add; in fact I recommend making a point to rotate between the 3 of them. I don’t mean daily, I mean when you finish a bottle of one, switch to the other so you are building your army of probiotics up in a more complete fashion.

The Road to Vibrant Health is Paved with good Intestines, Part #2

dazed-and-confused

The Road to Health is paved with Good Intestines (continues)

COMMON DIGESTION ISSUES:
OK. So lets talk about some of the digestive issues that many experience.. we can address transit time. How long does it take to get to the center of the tootsie roll center of a tootsie pop? Let’s find out… Seriously though, there is an issue for many with how long it takes for what you just chewed up and swallowed to move thru the 30ft of your digestive system.

Understand that on average it takes about 3-6 hrs. just for what you ate to be properly broken down to be used within. And a full 24 hrs. for the whole process to be ready to begin anew the next day.

There are muscles all along the road of our digestive system and they contract in movement; we call that peristalsis, which is what scoots the food thru the tube. The same motion is what happens in the large intestines and contributes to the process of a successful “poop” (I know some people seem to be really uncomfortable talking about “poop” not sure why it has been labeled as such a dirty don’t talk about it word, becuz, truth be told we all do it, even the animals and bugs outside, I mean if you are chewin and swallowing some food, you are gonna poop, just the facts of life.) Albeit, some do it better than others or more frequently etc. which is where we are headed…

I love to look at new life, a.k.a. new babies, new puppies, kittens, why because their systems are so fresh, they haven’t figured out how to do things wrong yet… when you nurse a baby many times while it’s eating, the baby is filling the diaper, or right after feeding a puppy or kitten, they go take care of business. We should have pooped (yep there is that dirty word again), 3-4 times a day. I suspect many are thinking and pondering wow, um yeah, right 3-4 times a DAY, the proud ones are saying hey, I go once every morning, others are saying hmmm maybe every other day or every couple of days. All of those examples are BAD… it means you have stuff the body completely is done with and can’t get rid of it. What happens if you didn’t take the garbage out for extended length of time in your kitchen? What would the quality of air be line in the room? Take that same thought process on the inner cycle of the body. Many people pass lots and lots of gas that would clear a room out. Many laugh about it, Hey so do I, but truth be told, means you got some old stuff in there, and it really is NOT doing a body good, and means your digestion system probably isn’t processing as well as it should be.

I find that there is a sad truth to be told that from what I’m hearing from my clients that come see me is many health practitioners don’t address the topic I’m talking about here. I’ve got clients who have been told poopin every couple of days is no big deal or you go once a day, hey you’re a poopin champion.. Yet many of us eat more than once a day, I guarantee that you do. Yet what typically is addressed is laxatives and OTC commercial fiber powers (not all are bad, but educate yourself on what’s in the product because many actually contain added food dyes that are not be a good thing).

Whats big business these days? Well…….
• Laxatives
• Antibiotics
• Anti-inflammatories,
• Antacids,
• Steroids,
• Colostomy bags.
Those things above are not going to improve the quality of your health, only may mask a few symptoms or offer temporary relief from a problem you have not addressed. Ignorance is never bliss.

The road to Vibrant Health is paved with good intestines”

Digestive11x17 300 dpi

“The road to vibrant Health is paved with good intestines.”… our digestive system is a very intricate and complex working system and yet it plays a huge role in our health & well being. It is the avenue that the body takes the foods you eat and converts it into energy.

There is a muscular tube that goes from the mouth to ur behind(south pole exit). This muscular track is coupled with a host of primary & accessory organs along the trail.

It begins with:
1. the mouth
2. esophagus
3 liver
4 gall bladder
5 stomach
6 deodenum
7 pancreas
8 Jejunum
9 small intestines
10 ileum
11 appendix
12 Cecum
13 Ascending colon
14 Traverse colon
15 Descending colon
16sigmoid colon
17 south pole exit (anus)

  • Your main aspects of the digestive system are:
    mouth
  • esophagus
  • stomach
  • small intestines
  • liver
  • pancreas
  • gall bladder.

Here’s a little FYI: there are more organs in your digestive system than in any other system in the body.

Up to 2/3 of ALL your body parts are used just in the process of digestion.

You use up to 2/3 of your daily energy just to complete the process of digestion.

I tell most of my clients the 2 things your body uses the most energy on is digestion and elimination. So is it any wonder that when the quality of foods you are running thru your system don’t supply much in the way of useable nutrients, and have lots of unrecognized elements the body has to “think” longer on deciding what it is and what to do with it that so many are dragging their carcasses thru the day and relying on caffeine and energy drinks etc. just to function. (sorry just had to toss that tid bit in the mix)

So how does this elaborate system really work? You own it so I think it’s only fair that you KNOW… obviously you begin with the chewing process, of which many could do with taking their time with and actually using the teeth, but the food is chewed and mixes with your saliva which has an enzyme called ptyalin which is amylase. This helps to dissolve the food so it is easier to swallow and helps the breakdown process especially with carbohydrates/sugars. so once the food is swallowed, it moves down the esophagus a.k.a. da throat..

Then it enters the stomach which churns the food into a paste called chyme. Your stomach uses hydrocholoric acid (HCL), which many are very deficient in producing, and the other enzyme is pepsin which goes to work on the proteins; many are low in that one too.

OK, so some elements of the food like the water and sugar are a direct feed into your bloodstream while in the stomach. Then the food that is NOT absorbed moves on down the line. Next stop at the station is the pyloric sphincter, (yes we have something with that fancy name inside us) this is at the very end of the stomach and its the gateway to the small intestine. so when the food has been mixed and broken down well, it then gets released into the small intestine, which has 3 parts:

  • the duodenum,
  • jejunum
  • ileum

this is where the major digestion and absorption of nutrients happens.

Those nutrients then get transferred to the blood and some are jockeyed to the liver. So the other players in this game of digestion are the:

  • pancreas
  • gallbladder
  • liver

The pancreas is a gland and it sits behind your stomach and produces enzymes and hormones (all glands do), it manufactures more amylase for starches, insulin and glucagon for sugar regulation of the blood. these then get moved into the duodenum and a duct connects the duodenum to the gallbladder.

This little pear shaped wonder, then squeezes out something called bile, which is a waste product produced by liver ( I prefer to refer to bile as a degreaser) and has acids that help dissolve fats. (so some of you who have already had their gall bladder removed may have some trouble digesting fatty foods and been told ur cholesterol levels are too elevated).

Since the liver is the biggest organ in the body it is the main go to guy for processing the chemicals. It has like over 500 different jobs. so besides making the bile, it has to process nutrients, convert proteins into new proteins that the blood needs, it stores fats, carbohydrates, proteins and vitamins, releases proteins, carbohydrates and vitamins as the body sends signal it needs them, and absorbs poisons and toxic stuff before it goes to work to neutralize them(meaning it has to disable them before they hurt you.)

Ok, so once stuff moves past the small intestines, whatever is remaining then gets shuffled into the cecum, which is where the large intestine begins. It is in your large intestines that the poop is formed. Water is reabsorbed, B-vitamins are absorbed and the poop is moved thru the rest of the colon. The large intestines ends at the south pole exit called the anus. If you have a lot of Mucoid plague build-up going on in the large intestines, you will have trouble absorbing your B-vitamins, many peeps are chronically dehydrated therefore there usually isn’t much water to absorb hence constipation is a serious issue for many, you may experience having to sit in the library for a long period of time and only give birth to that of marbles.

Understand that the whole process of digestion is really all about change. This intricate system changes carbohydrates into simple carbohydrates or sugars. Its changes the proteins into smaller molecules called amino acids which the body uses as its building blocks for repair and muscle. It changes the fats into fatty acids/glycerin. Whole foods need to be converted into usable aspects called nutrients which then can be directly absorbed into the blood. So not only are you what you eat…. take it a step further and realize you are what you absorb (this is where the 2nd problem is for most).

I realize that most of what I post is long winded. I realize that maybe not all of ya are really interested in the details of why or how it has to work; you just want it to work… but that is all well and fine until it breaks down.

If you take the same mentality with your car, you don’t care what makes it run, you just wanna know that when you put the key in the ignition and give it a turn, move the gear shift lever, hit the gas pedal, the thing better take ya where you need to go (especially when your running late)….

But when you are in the process of traveling from point A to point B and something malfunctions, and you have to pull off the side of the road and your now stranded. You call someone for help and they ask well what’s it doing, and you state. I DON’T KNOW!!!!

So after the mechanic tows it to the shop (hospital), assesses the damage (lets envision this is the doctor) and the car is your body… the mechanic assesses the issues with your car by hooking up a bunch of diagnostic machines reading the electrical system and such (these tests are not FREE), then the mechanic says I “think” I know what the problem is and sets about taking out the part (surgery), or repairing, or says I did this and it should hold you over (meds). Worse yet is when someone fails to keep up on the needed fluids our cars rely on to perform, like transmission fluid, oil, gasoline. but what happens when we run low on oil or let it run out because we had leak? I think we can burn up the engine. What happens if the transmission fluid is allowed to get overly dirty, or again we have a seal leak and it runs low, we chew up the gears in the transmission. If we forget to look at the fuel needle and we run out of gas, the car dies and it goes nowhere.

Yet many make sure they know exactly how to maintain and keep their cars running as best as they can afford because they need them everyday to function. But the most prized possession you own which is your body (which your car needs to make it drive) many procrastinate, mask symptoms and wait until they have a breakdown and need a major service call.

So long and short of it. THIS IS WHY I TRY TO IMPART SO MUCH INFORMATION TO YOU. I’m hoping that many of you are adding these pages to your service manual for future reference, but also incorporating a check up system to better maintain what should be most precious to you. YOU….

I’m here to take you further, with a consultation, and  we can check your fluids and see what your best course of preventative maintenance needs to be. (preventative maintenance is always a more cost effective route to take)..

Medicine: You want medicine? Can you say FOOD?

Why is it so hard for so many people to be successful with making proper changes needed to improve their health? Well many want to change the high calorie, high fat, fake food that they find themselves craving or reaching for out of habit or even convenience becuz of a busy schedule.

Most don’t connect the dots that those bad food habits can be labeled as “stimulation habits”, the body has developed a habit of what it thinks makes it feel better even if it is only for a short period of time, or if it will cover up fatigue or depression symptoms even if it’s just for a moment.

We eat too much refined sugars, salts, too much Meat, too many cups of coffee or energy drinks, sodas(switching to a diet to cover the calories doesn’t force a positive either). So when they consult with me and I insist they remove those “stimulation foods”, they can and usually do feel worse, they may feel weak, headachy, even depressed as their body starts to accomodate and adjust and starts to take out the trash left behind from the bad food choices. So you need to understand and take this into consideration when embarking on these changes. Yet sadly this is when many of you give up the fight.

We usually visit the doctor because we want instant relief from something physically or even emotionally. So realize what I offer isn’t going to be instant relief, it’s not about just masking symptoms, it’s about removing what aspects are encouraging those symptoms to cause you grief to begin with.

I know many of you are probably tired of hearing about Food, food, and more food. but seriously until you stop being so hard headed and stubborn and realize there is a direct connection. My definition of “insanity” is to continue to do what you have always done and expect a different result. It has to begin with change, a change in something. And simply incorporating some pills whether they are pharma, OTC, herbal, vitamin, it is going to take a combination of changes. There is NO miracle in a capsule, or a gel cap.

We were all gifted with ONE priceless possession, yep JUST ONE.. and that is the body that carts you from point A to point B each and every day.. and it is the one possession that we abuse the most. many of my clients I find take better care and consideration into caring for their homes, their cars etc. All those things that when God calls us home get left behind….

When your ready to really invoke some change, I’m ready to help be your change agent!… give me a call and lets get cha started. procrastination isn’t going to make those symptoms and health blahs drift away by osmosis. Your going to have to make some serious efforts. mkt.com/harvested-health-llc

Health really is “Skin-Deep”

Did you realize that our body actually possesses 3 layers of skin? Yep it does, we all are familiar with the 1st layer, its what we see and feel and slather all sorts of lotions, soaps & potions on. Did you also realize that one’s Thyroid controls ALL the functions of all 3 of these layers of skin?

So the purpose of our outer skin aside from protecting and holding all our “inner stuff” together. LOL it actually breathes just like the movie Waiting to exhale, our outer skin does the exact same thing it releases gases, it sweats out and usually the sweat contains salt many realize this when sweat from the “brow” runs down into your eyes. Oh yeah and it also knows how to lubricate itself too, there are oil glands in the skin via the hair that resides there.

Now most of us are super familiar when this outer layer is letting stuff loose, we experience the dreaded body odor and hurry to try to mask and cover it up instead of celebrating that your elimination system is releasing what no longer serves you. Albeit, it should have been released via the colon, but follow me here….and when there is imbalance within the salty sweat over production of oil on the skin leads to many skin “issues” that most people go to the skin doc to fix… the eczema, psoriasis, acne, boils, sebacious cysts. All of these outer manifestations really are pointing to the fact that you have an over abundance of stuff that is proving harmful to the inner function of the body. Yet, most of these outer annoyances typically respond very well to changing your food choices and neutralizing inner body pH levels and getting your pooper system doing it’s job in a better more frequent fashion. Oh yeah, I also wanted to mention that normally when one is experiencing the topical visuals on the skin your Thyroid (remember the one who controls all 3 layers of skin) has been ramping up production we know that function as Hyperthyroidism, meaning it’s busy putting the pedal to the medal to speed up the work system towards achieving a better inner atmosphere. Doesn’t our kitchen always smell better when we take out the trash?

Ok, so that is skin layer 1 covered (no pun intended), now I wanna talk about the 2nd layer, this is the mucous membrane which produces or secretes a clear mucus, the purpose of this secretion is to keep things moist and helps too with eliminating that which has overstayed it’s welcome within. so this 2nd layer of skin is going to help to direct an exit plan from the body usually we notice this when our sinus’s are needing a good box of tissue, even the lungs will help and assist and ever heard the saying come on cough it up, when we are trying to get someone to give us ALL the information! Yet what do we do when the body is doing what it was designed to do? We suppress it, how do we do that, well, we don’t like the experience of having that mucous making it’s way out becuz it causes pressure, headache, makes us cough up “junk” and hey it really interferes with what we’d rather be feeling. So…. we take stuff to dry up the sinus area, and to suppress the cough. When instead we should be working with the wonderful body knowledge and encourage the mucous to get out, we can keep that mucous thinner to assist the process and instead of suppressing the cough, lean towards natural expectorants these are things that will make the cough more productive. When the superficial cells of this inner skin are being challenged we are usually experiencing the symptoms of the common COLD… Folks I’m gonna toss something at you here that lots will probably disagree with but we don’t CATCH a COLD, we EARN IT!!!! so if you understood what I just explained above realize the true definition of the cold is eliminating what has over stayed it’s welcome within.

So remember when you are dealing with sinusitis, bronchitis, gastritis, enteritis, appendicitis, tonsillitis, mastitis, cervicitis, pyelitis , notice that all those “labels” end with itis? my medical terminology course taught me that little ending is what describes “inflammation” so realize that all the mucous membranes are inflammed when you have those not so nice symptoms. this is the same layer of skin being affected which is that 2nd layer, yet it is being affected at the deeper level.

When there is really a decent traffic jam within we experience more discomfort at the deepest level the 3nd layer zone the serous membrane which lines our pleural, pericardial, peritoneal and cranial cavites and the joints. So when the toxic overload has really built up we can experience discomforts called arthritis, peritonitis, encephalitis, meningitis, again notice that itis ending on all those? Inflammation comes about by our body saying ok, ya know what, I can’t take another minute of looking at all this clutter and forces an exodus. so whats a person to do? well… glad you asked… in order to experience some relief ya gotta change the fuel going in, lighten the load on the liver and encourage all systems that are in charge of “dumping” or taking out the trash to stop sleeping on the job and do what they get paid to do….(of course their payment comes truthfully in the form of what you pay them in the way of foods, so remember when I said a cold is not caught it’s earned, well consider yourself the contributing factor when those elimination channels are picketing and going on strike because they don’t like their wages…give them what they NEED to do their job properly) Oh yeah these workers have names: I like to call them by their names, colon/bowel, skin, lungs, liver, and kidneys.

In my office many a client’s come in and at the very heart of their complaints from a physical perspective and emotional (thought I’d toss that in the mix because it too is important) we run across the Adrenal glands. God put those in for “emergency”, the fight/flight mode. I think many have heard and understand that adrenal fatigue is a real thing, but I don’t think people really understand the importance of getting those glands supported. so let me impress something… YOU CANNOT LIVE FOR FOUR SECONDS WITHOUT WHAT THEY SECRETE!!!! That is the truth…. Remember those Agatha Christie who done it movies… where someone was poisoned by the dreaded Cyanide, Cyanide halts all oxidation in the body. Those adrenal glands secrete what actually makes oxidation possible. Oxidation can be called the “fire of life”… this secretion is super important and our body realizes that so it will actually toss some in our reserve tanks within to call upon in a crisis. Where will it reserve well the brain is one area, the pituitary, our gonads (aka. sex gland arena) and for good measure it will scatter it thru out the kidneys myswell since they are neighbors.

Realize that your kidneys cannot do their job of filtering without oxidation, kind of like cooking your meat. Oxidation description is like burning something. we also store the adrenals secretion in the Great Nerve Ganglia which resides in our solar plexus close to our kidneys. So when we have overload and the body is having a hissy fit so to speak because we teen agers refused to clean our room and it’s a total mess, those adrenals can FORCE the kidneys to clean it up. What can we identify with this process? Oh, well we see our blood pressure go up, possibly heart attack from elevated blood pressure, hardening of arteries.

By the way yes this is probably gonna be a long winded FYI… Moving along , Many don’t understand that the adrenal gland is also responsible for helping to regulate the strength of our muscle tone. Which everything within us, organs etc. all are muscular by design right. So our bowel is a muscle, we have muscles that support our skeletal system. Some of you already realize that you struggle with muscle tone, which means you have more than likely had some stressed out adrenals for some time. So ok, that being said when our bowel muscles are in tip top shape what does that mean, well, it means we poop really well without stress/struggle and multiple times per day (and if you have diarrhea that does NOT qualify, but thats a different story to tackle later). Oh, man, I realize I do have to address the diarrhea, darn it… just so you know if you are battling indigestion which means incomplete processing of the foods you are chomping down on, rapid eliminations aka. diarrhea is usually gonna happen.

So it boils down to one thing toxemia (the medical field acknowledges this) however, even Hippocrates realized the importance when working with his patients that the best form of treatment was fasting, administering a cleansing diet and lifestyle changes.

So when you are ready to bid a fond farewell to any of the annoyances we talked about here, you know what you can do, you can invest $95. in yourself and schedule a consult & QFA Analysis with me, Yep you can… the $95 covers both the consult and the Analysis. We can use your own urine & saliva to seek a better understanding of what maybe running in overload, (what I offer is NOT medical diagnosis) I recommend foods, and lifestyle changes, herbal support and possibly recommend dietary supplements to balance a starving system. I also offer other tools like Far Infrared Sauna therapy sessions my package deals are super affordable, 5/30 min. sessions for $45 or save $10 and roll for the 10/30 min. sessions pkg. for $80. You choose. I look forward to hearing from whoever feels they need some assistance. go to mkt.com/harvested-health-llc and pre-pay for your services and I’ll give you a call (make sure you type in your contact information so I can call you) and we are ready to get to rockin and a rolling towards a brand new YOU!
