The Journey starts with application

There are so many elements needed to sustain vibrant health: and that is and should be everyone’s goal. Yet confusion abounds regarding the proper way to eat, and the appropriate portions to consume. Many of us end up taking the easy, convenient road because we are confused or frustrated by so much and often conflicting information.

The beginning of the food journey needs to start with getting “Back to Basics.” With knowledge comes power: power to feel more confident with incorporating healthier lifestyle changes and eating right is a lifestyle. The problem is…knowledge only converts to something that has the power to transform if you “make”  the time to initiate what you have learned.  If you have knowledge yet do nothing with it….!


Your current “eating” patterns were LEARNED… they were not automatic from birth. If you want to sleep better, see the texture of your skin improve, better bowel habits, improved moods, higher energy levels without having to reach for caffeine or energy drinks….. Change can scare people, learning new habits can seem like more work than it’s worth sometimes. Yet, on the flip side, it doesn’t work unless you apply and work at it. Unlike your car when it gets too high in mileage or starts to give you mechanical repairs one right after another draining your finances… We can’t trade it in on the latest and greatest, we only get “one” of us!
