Italian turkey sausage & garlic peppers

Here is a delic. recipe that is a healthy version, give it a whirl ENJOY!!!!!!

INGREDIENTS:

2LBS. SWEET ITALIAN TURKEY SAUSAGE LINKS CUT INTO SMALL PIECES

1 cup peppers (combine red, yellow, and green)  sliced in small strips

1/2 cup chopped onion

2TB  minced garlic apprx. 3 cloves mine were big ones

3TB  grapeseed  oil

1 15oz. can fire roasted tomatoes

1/4 cup parmesan

heat oil and saute peppers, onion &garlic till soft remove from pan

add sausage to pan and brown, then add veggies and sausage to glass baking dish and top with fire roasted tomatoes and  parmesan then bake at 350 for 25-30min.

serve with side salad or veggie combo of ur choice.

to keep this in check with proper food combination, do not serve with any breads, pasta or potatoes.

SALAD RECIPE:

1 cup spinach

1 cup romaine chopped

1/2 cup artisan blend leaves

1/4 chopped cauliflower

3TB dried cranberries

3TB sunflower seeds (shelled)

with raspberry vinegrette dressing or dressing of choice.
